The Nike Swoosh and the Norway crest are both rendered in black and subtly embossed into the fabric, visible only at certain angles of light.
Inspired by the Viking Berserkers—the frontline warriors
The design is directly inspired by the Berserkers, those frontline Viking warriors renowned for their explosive fury in battle. Viking-inspired motifs adorn the sleeves, adding a layer of cultural depth to this minimalist ensemble. And to go even further into Nordic immersion, Nike has developed a custom typeface for player names and numbers, directly inspired by Futhark—the runic alphabet of ancient Germanic peoples in Northern Europe. Only the white names and numbers stand out against the total black, placed in the center of the chest like a blade cutting through the darkness.
